The James River Nurseries Warranty:

James River Nurseries will replace plant material that dies within one (1) year of the date of installation, one time at no cost to the client. With the exception of the circumstances listed below:

• Plant material that has been found to have died from lack of proper maintenance, under watering or over watering.
• Plant material damaged by animals, acts of vandalism and theft.
• Plant material damaged by “Acts of God” or other circumstances beyond our control. (i.e. Floods, Drought, winter-burn, etc.)
• Any plant material that has been removed or cut down prior to inspection by our representative.
• Plant material found to be damaged by insect infestation. All of our plant material is inspected and certified to American Nursery Standards and are insect free prior to installation.
• Transplants, replacements, seeding, and sod carry no warranty. Annuals are seasonal plantings and die at the end of each season and wherefore are not covered by our warranty.
