The 2019 GRACRE Real Estate Awards ceremony, held April 16th, honored outstanding commercial real estate projects in the Richmond region.

2019 Project of the Year:  Main Street Station

Industrial Project of the Year:  A newly built 220,000 square-foot distribution center off Willis Road in Chesterfield County for a PepsiCo subsidiary

Medical Project:  The 87,000 square foot Virginia Eurology medical and surgical building in Stony Point

Best Health and Wellness Project:  Renovation and expansion of the Petersburg YMCA

Large Scale Multi Family Project:  Renovations of the 143-unit Terraces at Bellevue apartments

New Construction Retail Project:  West Coast Provisions restaurant in the GreenGate development in western Henrico County

Community Impact Award:  The 1717 Innovation Center

Cultural Impact Award:  American Civil War Museum
