James River Nurseries was honored to be presented a "You've Been Noticed" Award by the Downtown Ashland Association.  Designed as a vehicle of recognition, "You've Been Noticed" highlights individuals and companies who have in some way contributed to improving the downtown area.

For this particular "You've Been Noticed" Award, the Downtown Ashland Association and the Design Committee wanted to recognize and thank all those who participated in the removal of plant material from the train station platforms (currently being rebuilt) and subsequent installation at the Ashland Police Station.

Project participants included James River Nurseries, Ashland Garden Club, Town of Ashland Public Works and the Ashland Police Department.
