We don't know about you guys, but here at James River Nurseries we are getting in the holiday spirit.  In keeping with our holiday tradition, the tree on our front lawn is adorned with Christmas tree lights.  Dan & Brian did a great job.  It's beautiful!

If you are driving down Ashland Road near where it intersects with Cedar Lane you can't miss it.

Happy Holidays!

In a recent article in Worth publication Mattew Kransberg details the top 10 customizations that add value to a property.  Numer one on the list, Paint and Landscaping.

He writes:

On October 15, 2013, Mayor Dwight C. Jones, members of the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation, and other officials celebrated the opening of the western trailhead for the Virginia Capital Trail at Great Shiplock Park.  The bike trail will ultimately stretch approximately 53 miles to Williamsburg.  The downtown portion of the trail is scheduled to be finished next summer with the entire trail to be completed in time for Richmond to host the International Cycling Union Road World Championships in 2015.

James River Nurseries was proud to be one of several donors to offer assistance in supporting the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation and the vision to enhance one of Richmond's riverfront destinations.

We would like to extend our gratitude to Jill Nolt & Jay Hugo with 3north for inviting us to play a roll in helping add value to a tremendous assest not only for the region but for the entire Commonwealth.
